Mikayla firmly believes in transparency for fees. When people contact an attorney, they should know approximately what to expect. Some services have a flat fee, which means they are not based on an hourly rate. The fees outlined below are the starting point, but do not reflect your unique situation. Fees will be discussed during your consultation.
Mikayla offers a sliding scale for low-income clients in housing crisis, including unsafe conditions and threat of eviction. Sliding scale options may be available for other housing clients, but are not guaranteed. Please be prepared to discuss your income during consultation.
