There is a $150 consultation fee. Fee is usually included in flat fees.

 

Consultation fee may be reduced for low bono tenant advocacy clients. If you would like to apply for a reduced fee for a housing issue, please use this form or contact Mikayla directly to apply. 

 

In-person services are offered in Wayne, Wilson, Lenoir, Greene, Johnston, Duplin, and Sampson counties. In-person Name Change filings are additionally offered in Orange, Durham, and Wake Counties.

In-person services may be offered in surrounding counties for an additional fee.

 

Please note litigation services are not generally available except for extremely limited circumstances. 

 

All virtual services are available statewide.
